Coverage

This guarantee applies only to customized products and covers size-related fit issues based on the customer’s provided measurements and our sizing guidelines.

One-Time Free Remake

If the customized product does not fit as intended, we will provide a one-time free remake of the product in the correct size.

Eligibility

The remake service applies only if:

  • The product is a customized item
  • The request is made within the eligible period
  • The product has not been intentionally damaged or modified
  • The remake request is approved after verification

Non-Eligibility

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Standard (non-customized) products
  • Damage caused after delivery or installation
  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Requests outside the eligible timeframe

Important Note

MeasureFit Guarantee is a conditional one-time remake service designed to improve product fit for customized orders. It allows size corrections even in cases of incorrect customer measurements, subject to payment of any applicable price difference.
