Cancellation

Cancel within 12 hours by emailing sales@tidytechpet.com with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your purchase must have been made directly from TidyTechPet®.
  • All returns must be re-sellable, which is in original condition and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Clearance items.
  • Used or damaged items due to misuse.

Return Costs

If a return or exchange is due to our error (such as incorrect shipment or product quality issues), we will cover all associated costs.

If it is due to the customer’s reasons (such as change of mind, no longer needing the item, or ordering the wrong product or size), the customer will be responsible for the relevant costs.

We do not charge any restocking or return handling fees.

Return Shipping

  • The return address will be provided separately.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer may choose any carrier and is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
  • If the return is due to our error, please contact us first to receive a return label.
  • Returns sent without our provided return label may not be accepted.
  • The tracking number of a traceable shipping service will be required as proof for returns or refunds.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
