Overview

TidyTechPet® offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies under normal use for the original retail purchaser for as long as they own the product. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective item. Please note, this warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original retail purchaser, and covers custom-made products installed in the original place for which they were ordered and designed.

What is Covered

Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during shipment, please take photos of the package and contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. At our discretion, we will either replace the damaged product or repair it for free to ensure it remains in proper working condition.
Note: Please do not discard the packaging until you receive further instructions from us.

Manufacturing & Workmanship Defects

If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials, we will, at our discretion, take one of the following actions during the warranty period:

  • Repair the product (free of charge)
  • Replace the product (free of charge)
  • Refund the purchase price of the product

Inappropriate Use

  • Improper installation or operation
  • Abuse, Misuse, Alterations
  • User modifications

Conceivable Accidents

  • Damage from children, pets or insects
  • Natural disasters

In addition to the TidyTechPet® Standard Warranty, we offer an extended warranty service:

  • Extend to 4 Years: $49
